Exciting Opportunity for a Family Physician to join Our Compassionate Care Team in West Kelowna!

Are you a dedicated Family Physician looking for a fulfilling career where you can truly make a difference? We are seeking a passionate and skilled physician to join our team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life.

EB Medical - West Kelowna - work closely with the PCN Allied Health Professionals to support the Practice for improved patient care and outcome; there is an RN working in each location; excellent MOA an Physician ratio of about 1:1; payment model is by LFP payment model but alternative payment plan also acceptable; Our overhead is 78/22 or lower based on earnings.

✅ Deliver Comprehensive Primary Care – Provide compassionate care for patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.

✅ Promote Preventive Health – Help your patients stay healthy with regular check-ups, screenings, and immunizations.

✅ Ensure Seamless Care Coordination – Work closely with specialists and other providers to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care.

✅ Stay Ahead with Modern Technology – Leverage advanced Electronic Health Records (EHR) to maintain accurate patient documentation.
