Remuneration

Overhead Split: depends on billing- graded split ranging from 28-35%. Signing Bonus Available

Shoreline Medical–Brentwood Bay 102-7143 West Saanich Rd

Shoreline is a unique non profit charitable Society operating 2 primary care clinics and a youth clinic. We are interdisciplinary and participate in the Primary Care Network-PCN. We also have Psychiatry, Maternity care and Pediatrics as part of our team.

Start Date: May/June 2026

Number of Physicians in Practice: 11 and 2 Nurse Practitioners

Responsibilities

Provide family or general medical care to approximately 20–25 patients per day in a group primary care clinic. Work within an interdisciplinary team that participates in the Primary Care Network and includes psychiatry, maternity care, and pediatrics services.

Requirements

Applicants must be licensed with the College. No minimum years of experience are required, and qualified international medical graduates are welcome to apply.
