Clinic Onboarding and Transition Support

Once the physician’s eligibility and intended practice arrangement have been established, our team can assist with the clinic-specific aspects of beginning work.

Support May Include:

Reviewing possible schedules

Discussing compensation and overhead arrangements

Coordinating clinic onboarding

Introducing the physician to clinic staff

Setting up TELUS Med Access access and orientation

Explaining internal billing workflows

Assisting with applicable MSP administrative documents

Establishing appointment types and scheduling templates

Supporting patient-panel development

Helping the physician understand clinic processes and referral workflows

Physicians relocating to British Columbia will also be directed to the appropriate external resources for licensing, immigration and provincial recruitment support.
