This Medical Clinic is seeking a long-term locum to provide coverage and support an established solo Family Physician. Ideal for Physicians seeking a balanced lifestyle without sacrificing meaningful practice, in the beautiful coastal community of Lantzville.
Opportunity Details
Long-term, permanent locum position with potential for continuity
2–3 days per week with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
Ideal for Physicians seeking a steady, lower-intensity practice environment
Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with a loyal, established patient panel
Option to build own patient panel if preferred.
Compensation & Billing
Lantzville is a quaint town located on the outskirts of North Nanaimo; amenities are easily accessible with a short drive (5-10 minutes). Boasting beautiful coastal views of the Georgia Strait, Lantzville offers the best of both worlds with easy access to Victoria, Mount Washington, Courtenay and a 20 min flight to Vancouver! Whilst we serve surrounding cities, Lantzville itself has a population of fewer than 4,000 people and truly offers the best of both worlds with access to the hustle and bustle of surrounding cities but the warmth and community that comes with a ‘local’ Family Practice.

- Eligible for the Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Payment Model, or FFS
