EB Medical, Rutland is seeking a dedicated family physician to join our modern, well-established clinic in the heart of Kelowna. We offer a patient-centered, evidence-based practice with strong administrative and clinical support, ensuring high-quality care and work-life balance.

Are you a dedicated Family Physician looking for a fulfilling career where you can truly make a difference? We are seeking a passionate and skilled physician to join our team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life.
EB Medical work closely with the PCN Allied Health Professionals to support the Practice for improved patient care and outcome; there is an RN working in each location; Strong administrative Support with MOA an Physician ratio of about 1:1; payment model is by LFP (Longitudinal Family Physician) payment model but alternative payment plan also acceptable; Our overhead is 78/22 or lower based on earnings.

✅ Ensure Seamless Care Coordination – Work closely with specialists and other providers to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care.
