Role and Facility Information
Evolve Allied Health is currently looking for full and part-time family physicians to join us at three of our locations. Who are we? Evolve Allied Health is a privately-owned health care provider based in Kelowna, BC. Our team of 40+ physicians and specialists provide family practice, walk-in, women’s health, obstetrics, dermatology, internal medicine and sports medicine services out of 3 conveniently located, modern facilities in the Kelowna area. Our unique practice model offers an unparalleled work/life balance so you can enjoy all that life in the Okanagan has to offer.
Clinic details - Springfield: our central Kelowna location, is a well-established and newly renovated 7800 sq. ft., multidisciplinary facility which houses 10 family doctors, 4 maternity care doctors, a nurse-in-practice RN and 2 PCN nurses. The clinic is ideally located near many of Kelowna’s most appealing neighbourhoods and is only a 5-minute drive to Kelowna General Hospital. This clinic does not offer walk-in services.
Practice details: as a family doctor, your practice will be well-supported by patient intake from within the organization and from the community at large. We have turnkey patient panel opportunities available as well. As a specialist, your practice will be well-supported by a high volume of patient referrals from both within the organization and the broader community. We provide comprehensive operational and administrative support (including RN's on staff) with dedicated medical office assistants and clinic managers, as well as in-house billing support.
Overhead details: Discounted overhead for up to one year for new-to-Evolve family physicians, without an existing patient panel. We offer competitive and flexible overhead models of 30% or less to both family doctors and specialists.

Responsibilities
Provide family physician services to patients at one of Evolve Allied Health’s Kelowna clinics. Build or take on a patient panel and collaborate with the clinic’s physicians, specialists, nurses, and administrative team to deliver patient care.
Requirements
Applicants must be in good standing with the CCFP and CPSBC and have current CMPA coverage. Out-of-province or international applicants must be eligible for and willing to complete the credentialing process.
