Original job description

Role and Facility Information

Haven Medical Clinic is seeking full-time Family Physicians to join our brand-new, modern medical clinic opening in Spring 2026 in Kelowna, British Columbia. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, collegial environment with low overhead and strong administrative support in one of BC’s most desirable communities.

Kelowna is one of Canada’s fastest-growing and most sought-after cities, offering an exceptional quality of life for physicians and their families. Located in the heart of the Okanagan Valley, Kelowna combines the amenities of a vibrant urban centre with the beauty and lifestyle of a four-season recreational destination.

Surrounded by mountains, orchards, and vineyards, and set along the shores of Okanagan Lake, Kelowna offers:

Outstanding outdoor recreation including boating, hiking, cycling, skiing, and golf
Excellent schools and family-friendly neighbourhoods
A thriving food, wine, and arts scene
Modern amenities, shopping, restaurants, and cultural events
Easy access to nature while maintaining all the conveniences of a major centre

Whether you enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle, a vibrant culinary and cultural community, or a welcoming place to raise a family, Kelowna offers the perfect balance of professional opportunity and personal well-being.

Join us in building a warm, modern, patient-centred family practice in one of British Columbia’s most beautiful regions.
