Role and Facility Information
As a FP/GP at The Medical Clinic, you will provide care to diverse patient populations, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art clinical setting.
Whether you are managing chronic conditions, offering preventative care, or diagnosing acute
concerns, your role is essential to the health and well-being of our community.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, patient centered primary care service
Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests
Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions
Promote preventative health strategies
Maintain accurate and up to date patient records
Collaborate with specialists, pharmacists and administrative staff
Qualifications
Medical degree from a medical school listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools.
Successful completion of an accredited Family/General Practice postgraduate training
program in a jurisdiction recognized by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
Eligibility for “Certification Without Examination” from the College of Family Physicians of
Canada (CFPC).
Eligibility for the “Full - Family Class” OR “Provisional - Family Class” of licensure with the
College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).
