Size: Over 900 sq ft, modern clinic
Facilities: 4 fully equipped exam rooms + 2 physician offices
EMR: OSCAR
Current Team: 1 Family Physician + 1.5 MOAs + Office Manager
Location Highlights:
Prime central location near Lafarge Lake (10-minute walk)
6–8 minutes walking distance to SkyTrain (Lafarge Lake–Douglas Station)
