The Benefit Services Officer is responsible for providing service and support to participating Employers and plan members by handling inquiries regarding the insurance and benefit programs 3sHealth provides. The Benefit Services Officer is also responsible for processing incoming mail, answering a large volume of calls and recording details of each call received, responding to a large volume of emails, and processing workflows and queries.
Experience:
- Experience in benefits administration OR customer service, ideally in a call centre environment
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or diploma or equivalent combination or education and experience
