About The Role
- Location: Heart Pharmacy Fairfield
- Position Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with prescription drop-offs and pickups.
- Accurately input prescription information into the system.
- Create and maintain client profiles for comprehensive care.
- Support pharmacists in dispensing and labelling prescriptions.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering.
- Maintain client confidentiality and privacy at all times.
- Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
- At least 2 years of experience in a pharmacy assistant role.
- Experience with Kroll or other pharmacy systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ethical and professional standards.
- Competitive Compensation: $19-24/hour, depending on experience.
- Paid Sick Leave: Up to 5 paid sick days per calendar year (available after 90 days of employment).

Responsibilities
Assist clients with prescription drop-offs and pickups, enter prescription information, maintain client profiles, and support pharmacists with dispensing and labelling prescriptions. Manage inventory and supply orders, operate the cash register, respond to client inquiries, and protect client confidentiality while providing excellent service.
Requirements
At least two years of experience as a pharmacy assistant is required; experience with Kroll or another pharmacy system is preferred. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and customer service skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while upholding ethical and professional standards.
