Job Description
Heartful ABA Services is seeking an experienced Registered Behaviour Analyst to lead clinical supervision for an in-home ABA case in downtown Toronto. The RBA will work with the child, family, and assigned therapist to develop meaningful goals, guide intervention, and review progress.
In-person home visits are an essential part of this role. The RBA will observe the therapist working with the child, demonstrate strategies as needed, and give practical feedback. The RBA will also review session data and documentation between visits and adjust the treatment plan when needed.
Role and Responsibilities

- In-person supervision - Attend scheduled sessions in the client’s home, observe how the therapist implements the plan, and provide clear feedback and coaching.
- Progress monitoring - Review session notes, data, and graphs. Evaluate how the child is responding and adjust goals, teaching strategies, or supports as needed.
- Family collaboration - Explain goals and recommendations in plain language, discuss progress with caregivers, and provide parent coaching when agreed upon.
- Clinical documentation - Record supervision activities, clinical decisions, and recommendations. Complete or review reports and co-sign relevant documents as required.
- Team coordination - Work with Heartful ABA Services on scheduling, communication, and service continuity. The RBA leads clinical decisions and therapist supervision. Heartful ABA Services coordinates scheduling and administrative support.
Qualifications
- Active registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) authorizing autonomous practice
- Experience providing ABA services to children and supervising ABA therapists
