Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to support informed business decisions. The successful candidate will transform complex datasets into clear insights, reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential issues.
Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
Translate business questions into meaningful data analysis and actionable insights.
Monitor data quality and investigate discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Develop and maintain recurring reports and performance metrics.
Collaborate with relevant teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain organized documentation of data sources, processes, definitions, and reports.
Support continuous improvement of data collection, reporting, and analytical processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of data analysis principles and reporting processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
Working knowledge of SQL for querying and managing data.
Ability to interpret data accurately and communicate findings effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.
Ability to create clear, user-friendly dashboards and reports.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset.
Ability to explain technical findings in simple, business-friendly language.
