As a Senior Frontend Developer with a strong focus on React Native, you’ll join a cross-functional team building features that empower both customers and internal stakeholders. You’ll contribute to developing high-quality mobile and web experiences using modern technologies, with a focus on performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

You’ll work closely with senior engineers while taking ownership of well-defined features end-to-end, growing your technical depth and product intuition over time.

We’re also increasingly leveraging AI-driven tools and systems - from developer productivity (e.g., code generation, testing support) to customer-facing experimentation and personalization - so you’ll have opportunities to build and iterate in an evolving, AI-enabled environment.

Collaborate within a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts
Build, test, and ship features that improve the customer experience and drive growth
Contribute to code quality, performance, and maintainability of our mobile applications
Participate in system design discussions and help implement scalable solutions
Work with backend services and APIs to deliver seamless end-to-end functionality
Use data and experimentation to inform product decisions and iterate on features
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through code reviews and team discussions
Stay current with emerging tools and practices, including AI-assisted development workflows
Work beyond your specialization when the problem demands it. Your specialization is your anchor, not your boundary.
Operate what you build. You instrument, monitor, and improve your systems in production. Shipping is the beginning of the learning cycle, not the end.

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for

Hands-on experience working with AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) beyond casual experimentation. You use AI agents every day. You have a practical sense of how the context you provide to AI tools shapes output quality, and how to set boundaries on AI-generated work.
Strong experience shipping React Native features to production
Experience building mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) using technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, or React Native
Solid understanding of integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs
Experience with testing (unit, integration, or end-to-end) and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with agile development and working in cross-functional teams
Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and product managers
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow
Nice to have: Experience with experimentation platforms (A/B testing)
Nice to have: Exposure to AI/ML-powered features or tools (e.g., personalization, recommendations, or developer tooling)
Nice to have: Experience optimizing performance for mobile applications at scale

You have product sense and are opinionated about what should be built and why, and you can back that opinion with data and user evidence.
