Support Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with other departments such as Finance, Operations, and Quality to solve problems, enhance inventory metrics, and streamline operations.
Monitor Warehouse Performance: Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities, including employee performance, to improve operational efficiency.
Optimize Storage and Space Utilization: Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, adhering to storage design principles, and recommend improvements for efficient space utilization.
Lead Process Improvements: Support and lead system implementations and warehouse projects to improve overall workflow and inventory accuracy.
Investigate Discrepancies: Conduct thorough investigations into inventory variances and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Schedule and Coordinate Material Handling: Plan and execute the movement of materials in and out of the warehouse, coordinating closely with other departments to meet operational needs.
