About Hellohire Hellohire helps home care agencies across North America hire caregivers faster using AI, automation, and recruiting technology. We're a growing Canadian technology company with hundreds of home care customers, and we're expanding our sales team. We're looking for an experienced outbound SDR who knows how to create pipeline from scratch. The Job Your primary responsibility is to create qualified sales conversations with home care agency owners and decision-makers. You'll own outbound prospecting from start to finish. That means figuring out who to target, finding the right people, reaching them, uncovering hiring pain, and getting qualified prospects onto our sales team's calendar. You'll be accountable for consistently creating qualified, held sales meetings and building outbound pipeline. We won't hand you a perfect list every morning or tell you exactly who to call next. We'll give you the market, tools, training, messaging, customer context, and support. You'll own how you turn that into pipeline. What You'll Do Find home care agencies and decision-makers to prospect Cold call business owners and senior leaders Use email, LinkedIn, and other channels to reach prospects Navigate gatekeepers and find creative ways to reach the right person Uncover caregiver hiring challenges and identify good opportunities for Hellohire Follow up consistently and turn conversations into meetings Keep your prospects and activity organized in HubSpot Test new approaches and share what you're learning with the team What We're Looking For 1 to 3+ years of B2B sales experience Meaningful experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting A track record of creating sales opportunities from scratch Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Resourceful. When one approach doesn't work, you find another. Self-directed. You don't need someone managing your activity every day. Persistent and comfortable with rejection Organized and accountable for your results Interested in growing your sales career and potentially becoming an Account Executive SaaS experience is helpful, but not required. Experience selling business services, staffing, recruiting, telecom, or in other high-outbound sales environments can also be a great fit. This is not an entry-level sales role. We're looking for someone who has already done outbound prospecting and knows what it takes to consistently create opportunities. Growth at Hellohire For a strong performer, this role can be a path to becoming an Account Executive quickly. We want to develop future AEs from people who have proven they can create pipeline, understand our customers, and consistently perform. As closing positions become available, high-performing SDRs will have the opportunity to be considered. Compensation Base salary: C$60,000 On-target earnings: C$85,000 to C$90,000+ Commission: Uncapped Why Hellohire?
