EPM Lead Consultant

We are supporting a specialist enterprise performance management consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced lead consultant to support the delivery of complex finance transformation projects across Canada.

This is a senior, client-facing role suited to someone with strong experience delivering enterprise planning solutions across platforms such as Anaplan, Pigment, Oracle EPM, PBCS, Workday Adaptive Planning or similar technologies. The opportunity offers an experienced planning professional the chance to apply their existing technical and functional expertise while developing specialist capabilities in OneStream.

You will work closely with finance leaders and implementation teams to design and deliver planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management solutions, taking ownership of project delivery and technical solution design.

What you'll be doing

• Leading end-to-end enterprise planning implementations across finance transformation projects
• Working with senior finance and FP&A stakeholders to understand business requirements and define planning solutions
• Designing and building scalable planning models across budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling and performance reporting
• Translating complex finance requirements into effective technical solutions
• Running client workshops and advising on planning processes, solution architecture and best practices
• Supporting data integration, reporting and automation across enterprise planning environments
• Taking ownership of technical delivery, solution quality and implementation workstreams
• Developing OneStream platform expertise through cross-training and hands-on project delivery
• Supporting and mentoring junior consultants across planning and implementation activities
• Helping clients improve forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency and wider planning processes

What we're looking for

• Strong experience delivering enterprise planning or EPM implementations
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan, Pigment, Oracle EPM, Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning platforms
• Experience operating as a Planning Lead, Solution Architect, Lead Consultant or Senior Consultant
• Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance reporting
• Proven ability to lead solution design and implementation projects
• Experience building and configuring multidimensional planning models
• Strong client-facing communication and senior stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within a consultancy or implementation partner environment
• Ability to manage technical workstreams and guide delivery teams
• Willingness to learn OneStream and develop expertise within the platform
• Based in Canada with the right to work there

Previous OneStream experience is not required. Candidates with strong planning implementation backgrounds who are interested in transitioning into OneStream are encouraged to apply.
