A consulting business is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team in Richmond, BC. This position will primarily focus on client service coordination, administrative support, document processing, and day-to-day office operations.
We are looking for a team player with strong communication skills, a positive work ethic, and the ability to manage responsibilities accurately and efficiently in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and client service support to the team
- Prepare, organize, process, and maintain client-related documents and paperwork
- Coordinate client service requests and follow up on outstanding items
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members
- Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks
- Use online platforms, portals, and digital tools to complete administrative tasks
- Support other administrative and client service functions as required
Qualifications
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada, including Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or individuals holding a valid Canadian work permit
- Minimum post-secondary education in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Previous experience in an office or administrative environment is an asset; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other common office applications
- Comfortable learning and using online tools, portals, social media platforms, and other digital systems
- Fluency in English is required
- Fluency in Mandarin is required, as a significant portion of our client base communicates in Mandarin
