  • Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues during implementation, and provide hands-on solutions to meet project deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver training to client stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the application.
  • Coordinate with customer and internal teams on data migrations, system integrations, and API configurations to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Maintain internal tools and documentation to support the team and client adoption of the solution.
  • Manage client expectations through regular status updates and communication, and deliver exceptional service experiences both in person and remotely.

Availability

This role includes up to 25% travel across Canada, the U.S., and internationally to support team members at client sites or attend industry conferences and events.

This is a hybrid role, with one to two days in office per week, to facilitate brainstorming and team building. Our office is located across from Guildford Mall, in Surrey, BC.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing enterprise application implementation role, with proven software implementation, training, or consulting experience.
  • A degree or diploma in a post-secondary technical program, or in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience working on a project team, following established project plans, and collaborating with a Project Manager or project team members to execute deliverables.
  • Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data migrations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong presentation skills and confidence training large audiences, including at customer conferences, user group meetings, and client-facing sessions. Excellent verbal and written English is required.
  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Highly self-directed, able to work independently, and committed to ongoing self-study and researching unfamiliar topics.
  • Confident and professional in client-facing situations, with the tact and respect to engage stakeholders. Able to acknowledge when an answer isn’t immediately available and follow up promptly with an accurate response.
  • Asset: experience in the dental or health care industry.
