FIELD-BASED
Bring the future of digital dentistry to practices across Atlantic Canada.
Combine consultative selling, technology and customer partnership as a CAD/CAM & Equipment Sales Specialist with Henry Schein Canada. In this field-based role, you will develop the Atlantic Canada territory, identify and close new opportunities, and guide customers through the equipment sales journey - from solution and financing discussions through site preparation, installation and follow-up. Working closely with Field Sales Consultants, our Corporate Equipment and Design teams, you will build trusted customer relationships while driving sales, market share and profitable growth.

- Lead consultative sales of digital dental and capital equipment, including CAD/CAM solutions, scanners, milling machines, digital printers, operatory technology, related software and financing solutions.
- Own the customer sales journey from discovery through proposal and close, presenting solutions and financing options that meet customer needs while achieving annual sales and gross-margin objectives.
- Partner with Field Sales Consultants, Branch leadership and the Corporate Equipment team to generate leads, expand opportunities and develop programs, events and promotions that increase market awareness and sales.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders, schools, educational institutions and specialty groups, and support CAD/CAM education and promotional events that create new opportunities within the territory.
- Coordinate with our Design team, contractors and customers to support site readiness and equipment installation requirements, remaining connected through installation and follow-up to help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Keep opportunities moving by completing equipment agreements, coordinating required documentation and maintaining timely communication with customers and internal partners throughout the sales and installation process.
