Job Purpose

The Project Sales Representative is responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing customer relationships throughout the lifecycle of the Cold Lake Mega Project. This role works closely with project owners, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to identify opportunities, generate revenue, and provide equipment and service solutions that support project success.

The Project Sales Representative serves as the primary sales contact for project stakeholders and is accountable for maximizing project revenue through proactive business development, customer engagement, and collaboration with operations and support teams. This role requires a highly motivated sales professional who can build relationships, identify customer needs, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced project environment.

What you will do...

Develop and maintain strong relationships with project owners, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and key project stakeholders.
Identify, pursue, and secure rental and service opportunities throughout the lifecycle of the Cold Lake Mega Project.
Generate revenue growth through proactive sales activities, customer engagement, and business development efforts.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve project revenue targets and business objectives.
Build and maintain a comprehensive network of contractors and subcontractors working on or supporting the project.
Work closely with operations, dispatch, coordination, and branch teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
Identify customer needs and provide equipment, service, and solution recommendations that support project goals.
Promote and cross-sell all company product lines, specialty equipment, services, and value-added solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, forecasts, and sales activities within company systems.
Monitor market conditions, project developments, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
Provide ongoing support to customers throughout project mobilization, execution, and demobilization phases.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Support project meetings, site visits, and customer reviews as required.
Maintain a strong commitment to safety and compliance with all company and site-specific requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to travel as required.
Ability to work on-site and visit customer locations within the Cold Lake Mega Project area.
Must meet all site-specific access requirements, including successful completion of required orientations and safety training.

Pay Range: $65,000 base plus uncapped commissions

Responsibilities
