Work With a Team That Puts Safety, Quality, and People First.

You’re organized, dependable, and enjoy hands-on work that keeps you moving. You take pride in getting orders right, keeping your workspace organized, and making sure products reach customers safely and on time.

We are looking for a full time Warehouse Associate for our Hercules Crane & Lifting Supplies branch in our Dartmouth, NS location. You’ll play an important role in coordinating shipping activities, preparing customer orders, supporting inventory accuracy, and helping keep our warehouse running safely and efficiently. If you’re looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule and an opportunity to learn and grow in an industrial environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Prioritize daily shipping activities based on customer order requirements and delivery dates.
  • Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments with transportation companies.
  • Ensure customer orders and branch transfers are accurate, securely packaged, and ready for shipment.

  • Provide support to the Production Team as required.
  • Communicate supply, equipment, maintenance, and training needs to the Branch Manager.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when preparing and checking orders.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Customer-focused and comfortable assisting customers when required.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Previous warehouse, customer service, or forklift experience is considered an asset.
