Steer Towards Success: Become a HERD Bilingual Customer Care Representative!Location: Winnipeg, ManitobaRole Type: Full-time, in officeSalary: $50,000 - $75,000, depending on experience About this role: You will join our customer service team at our corporate headquarters in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Your primary role is to answer inbound inquiries as the company’s first point of contact. You’ll also help with quoting and data entry.Typical duties include:<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries.</li><li>Provide tailored advice to assist customers with product selection.</li><li>Resolving customer issues and questions.</li><li>Data entry for quotes, orders, and case creation. </li></ul>We’ll make sure you have the proper training and support to give you every possible chance to make your role a success. This includes:<ol><li>Structured induction program: This program will train you on all aspects of the role so you can hit the ground running.  </li><li>Structured career development: We want you to succeed.
