Job Description:

This position is for an existing vacancy. All interested candidates are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:

We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Developer with strong expertise in Embedded Linux, C/C++ programming, and embedded systems development. The ideal candidate will develop high-performance software for networking platforms and collaborate closely with hardware and firmware teams.

Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for Linux-based systems.
Develop high-quality software using C, C++, and Python (intermediate proficiency).
Work on Embedded Linux, RTOS, and driver development.
Collaborate with hardware teams on software integration and system bring-up.
Debug, optimize, and enhance software performance and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and software design discussions.

What You Need to Bring:

Strong experience in Embedded Software Development.
Proficiency in C and C++.
Good understanding of embedded systems architecture.
Intermediate proficiency in Python.
Extensive knowledge of L2 protocols (VLAN, 802.1x, LAG, etc.) and Ethernet switching in Data path
Networking protocols is preferred
MACsec is an asset

Preferred Background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience developing embedded software for networking products is highly desirable.
