Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to building trusted partnerships and delivering successful outcomes through accountability, craftsmanship, and attention to detail on every project, regardless of size or complexity.

Job Description

The Site Superintendent, based out of our London office, and assigned to project sites across Southern Ontario, is responsible for the on-site leadership, coordination, and execution of construction activities. The Site Superintendent will be reporting to the Field Operations Manager.

The Superintendent ensures that all site operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with drawings, specifications, schedules, and applicable regulations, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Ontario Building Code.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades while maintaining quality, schedule adherence, and a culture of safety. This role also requires the performance of various hands-on tasks including framing, drywall, painting, concrete works and miscellaneous carpentry.
