Hexedes Group is looking for a Host Advisor in Canada
For 15 years, we have helped individuals and families relocate abroad, with more than 1,500 projects completed. We are now looking for a Canada-based professional to guide our clients step by step as they start their new life.
What you will do:
- Support clients through every stage of their relocation Program
- Provide guidance on paperwork, visas, housing, work, healthcare and education
- Manage project timelines and phases together with our Project Manager
- Be a reliable point of contact in each client's dedicated group
What we are looking for:
- Based in Canada, with solid knowledge of the local area
- Fluent in Italian and English (French is a plus)
- Experience in relocation, real estate, immigration or client services
- Strong organizational skills, empathy and a problem-solving mindset
