Position Details
- Location: Halifax, multiple locations
- Availability: day shifts and night shifts
- Previous cleaning experience would be an asset.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Arrive on time and prepared to work consistently.
- Good time management, organization and communication skills.
- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
- Clean criminal record check
- Perform tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Empty vacuums and dispose of vacuum bags as needed.
- Possibly vacuuming, sweeping or mopping stairs.
- Dusting and wiping down various surfaces with chemical cleaners.
- Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, urinals, bathroom sinks and counters.
- Clean and disinfect kitchen areas.
- Emptying garbage.
- Possibly restocking cleaning carts.
- Checking and refilling all dispensers to ensure client’s staff never run out of supplies.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities
Clean floors, stairs, surfaces, bathrooms, and kitchen areas by mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and disinfecting. Empty garbage and vacuum bags, restock cleaning carts and dispensers, and follow safety protocols.
Requirements
Previous cleaning experience is an asset, and applicants must have reliable transportation, arrive consistently on time, and be legally authorized to work in Canada. A clean criminal record check and good time management, organization, and communication skills are required.
