The successful candidate will support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.

We are seeking a Configuration Developer with experience in XML and the FireLight platform to configure and maintain business rules within a SaaS environment. The successful candidate will support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
In this role, you will:
- Configure and maintain business rules within the FireLight platform.
- Develop and troubleshoot XML-based configurations.
- Configure Role Codes, Review Queues, Needs Determination, and mapping documents.
- Participate in requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and resolve tickets using Jira.
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
- 1–3 years of experience in a configuration or technical support role.
- Strong XML development and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with FireLight is required.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Jira, Notepad++, and Adobe Acrobat is an asset.
- Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team.
