Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Front-End / Full-Stack Engineer to build and enhance modern enterprise web applications. This role has a strong focus on React and modern front-end development, with opportunities to contribute across APIs, backend services, and full-stack features.

The ideal candidate is a senior engineer with strong React expertise who can work effectively across the application stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop modern, scalable web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Build reusable, accessible, and maintainable UI components.
  • Develop intuitive user interfaces and improve workflows, navigation, usability, and overall user experience.
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
  • Contribute to backend development using Ruby on Rails, Python, Go, or similar technologies.
  • Deliver end-to-end features across front-end, backend, APIs, and data.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability.
  • Write automated tests and participate in code reviews.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, UX professionals, QA, architects, and engineering teams.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development and contribute to technical design decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Experience building production-quality web applications.
  • Experience with REST APIs and backend services.
  • Experience with at least one backend technology such as Ruby on Rails, Python, Go, Node.js, or Java.
  • Experience with Git, automated testing, and modern development practices.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, web application architecture, and performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Ruby on Rails, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with microservices or distributed systems.
  • Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, or cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility and performance optimization.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
