Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a product-focused engineering team working on enterprise software applications. This role combines strong front-end development, particularly with React, with the ability to contribute across the broader application stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React.
• Develop and integrate APIs and backend services.
• Contribute to both front-end and backend application architecture.
• Work on product enhancements focused on usability, navigation, workflows, and overall product quality.
• Improve information architecture, menus, and user experiences across the application.
• Translate product and UX requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, UX professionals, and engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack.
• Identify opportunities to improve application functionality, performance, and maintainability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, and Agile development practices.
• Contribute to improving development processes, application quality, and engineering standards.

Required Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Experience developing and integrating APIs and backend services.
• Solid understanding of modern web application architecture.
• Experience working across both front-end and backend technologies.
• Experience building, debugging, and maintaining production applications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, UX, and engineering teams.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience with databases and backend data models.
• Experience with automated testing across the application stack.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and modern software development practices.
• Experience with design systems or reusable front-end component libraries.
• Familiarity with accessibility, performance optimization, and responsive web development.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
