The Opportunity

Highspring is seeking an Account & Engagement Manager to drive business development, grow strategic client relationships, and position our consulting and professional services capabilities across mid-market and enterprise organizations.

This role combines new client acquisition, account development, and client engagement, with a strong focus on building a sustainable sales pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term, strategic partnerships.

What You'll Do

Business Development & New Client Acquisition

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring new mid-market and enterprise clients.
Identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts, key stakeholders, and business opportunities.
Generate new meetings through networking, referrals, events, partnerships, and outbound prospecting activities.
Build relationships with managers, directors, vice presidents, and executive-level decision makers.
Present Highspring's service offerings, consulting capabilities, delivery models, and relevant client success stories.
Lead discovery conversations to understand business priorities, technology roadmaps, challenges, and budgets.
Collaborate with Practice Leads and subject matter experts to develop solutions, proposals, statements of work, and client presentations.
Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from qualification through negotiation and close.
Develop new accounts into recurring and strategic Highspring partnerships.

Account Growth & Client Engagement

Create and execute account growth plans within existing clients.
Identify opportunities across new projects, teams, stakeholders, and business units.
Maintain regular client and consultant touchpoints to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
Support renewals, extensions, and expansion of existing engagements.
Partner closely with Recruiting, Delivery, and Practice leadership teams to ensure client success.

What You Bring to the Table

4 to 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Technology Consulting, or Staffing.
Demonstrated success developing new business and opening new client relationships.
Strong networking, relationship-building, and prospecting capabilities.
Experience within the consulting or staffing industry.
Ability to effectively present technology consulting solutions to senior-level stakeholders.
Experience creating and executing territory or account management plans.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
Fluency in both English and French.
