The Opportunity

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our delivery team in Montreal.

In this role, you will support day-to-day recruiting operations by coordinating activities between candidates, recruiters, account managers, and clients. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring recruitment processes are executed efficiently and accurately.

What You'll Do

Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and clients.
Manage scheduling, confirmations, and interview logistics.
Maintain candidate records in Bullhorn and other recruiting platforms.
Prepare candidate submissions and recruitment documentation.
Coordinate reference checks, background checks, and onboarding activities.
Track hiring progress and ensure recruitment workflows remain up to date.
Support consultant and permanent employee onboarding processes.
Provide ongoing communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Partner closely with recruiting and business development teams to meet client deadlines.
Generate and maintain recruitment reports and tracking dashboards.

What You Bring to the Table

1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, staffing, human resources, or administrative support.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using an ATS or recruitment CRM.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Customer-service mindset with a strong focus on candidate experience.
Bilingualism in English and French is preferred.
