About Highspring

Highspring is a next-generation consulting and professional services firm. We deliver modern, agile, and forward-thinking solutions to our clients across North America. We work with leading organizations to help them transform their technology, operations, and business capabilities. At Highspring, we believe in empowering our people, fostering collaboration, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a major enterprise Data & Analytics organization on a 12-month fixed-term engagement. In this role, you will assume end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of enterprise data products, ensuring their strategic direction, financial transparency, operational effectiveness, and long-term sustainability.

This position requires a seasoned product management professional who can establish structure, documentation, governance, and repeatable operating practices that enable a seamless transition of product ownership in the future. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, finance, sourcing, operations, and architecture partners to drive product maturity and support data-driven decision making.

What You'll Do

Own and maintain multi-year product roadmaps aligned with enterprise Data & Analytics strategy and architectural direction.
Drive product lifecycle management activities, including enhancements, upgrades, modernization efforts, and end-of-life planning.
Manage product demand, backlog prioritization, and investment decisions based on business value, risk, and long-term sustainability.
Define and oversee product operating models and support frameworks to ensure effective service delivery.
Maintain governance standards and ensure accurate representation of products within enterprise catalog and provisioning processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for product stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional partners.
Gather, evaluate, and prioritize stakeholder feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap development.
Build and maintain comprehensive product documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for reporting automation and improved product performance visibility.
Manage relationships with external vendors and support contract renewals, extensions, and commercial discussions.
Monitor vendor roadmaps and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and lifecycle considerations.
Support financial planning activities by validating product costs, consumption models, and budget assumptions.
Respond to business unit inquiries related to product costs, allocations, and service consumption.

What You Bring to the Table

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager within large enterprise environments.
Proven experience owning products through their full lifecycle, from strategy and planning through ongoing operations and governance.
Strong ability to document products, operational processes, and knowledge assets for long-term sustainability.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance business priorities, operational needs, and financial considerations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, finance, operations, procurement, and business stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to established team structures, processes, and ways of working.
