Commercial Real Estate - Our client is an established owner, landlord and development firm with a long-standing presence in the GTA.

They are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their Brampton-based team and support their commercial portfolio.

Your Role

Working closely with senior leadership, you will help manage the day-to-day requirements of a commercial portfolio, including tenant communication, property operations, service contracts, work orders, inspections, lease administration, accounting support, budgeting and reporting.

This is not a narrowly defined administrative role. You will spend time at the properties, work directly with tenants and contractors, follow issues through to completion and gradually take ownership of increasingly complex property management responsibilities.

Compensation

Base salary of $70,000–$72,000 per year + eligible for a 5% discretionary annual bonus (which is not guaranteed and may vary based on individual and company performance) + benefits + $4,200/year car allowance + 3 weeks' vacation.
