Original job description
PROPERTY & FACILITY COORDINATOR - NATIONAL PORTFOLIO
Our client is an established, award-winning national property management and facility services company seeking an experienced Property & Facility Coordinator to support a diverse portfolio of residential, multi-residential and commercial properties across Canada, primarily in Ontario.
This is an opportunity to join a respected organization where strong client relationships, operational excellence and technology-driven service delivery are central to its success.
Your New Employer
This well-established organization has a national presence, a diverse client base, and a reputation for delivering reliable property and facility management services. Working with financial institutions, corporate clients and property owners, the company offers a stable, professional environment supported by experienced leadership and established operational systems.
With a collaborative, service-oriented approach and investment in modern technology, including Yardi, employees benefit from a strong operational platform and exposure to a wide range of properties, clients and operational challenges.
Your Role
You will coordinate day-to-day property and facility services across an assigned portfolio, acting as a key point of contact for clients, tenants, contractors and service providers. Your responsibilities will include managing work orders, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance, arranging inspections, responding to emergencies and ensuring service requests are completed efficiently.
You will also support tenant renewals, rental increases, utility coordination, vendor compliance, capital expenditures and property reporting. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will help maintain accurate property records, resolve operational issues and ensure a consistently high standard of service.
What Sets You Apart
You bring three to five years of experience in property or facility management, supported by post-secondary education and strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
You are comfortable managing competing priorities, coordinating contractors and responding to client and tenant needs. You work independently, take ownership of issues and understand the importance of timely follow-through.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Experience with Yardi, multi-residential properties and French-language skills would be considered assets.
Why Join?
This is an opportunity to broaden your experience across multiple property types while working with an established national organization. You'll gain exposure to diverse clients, modern property management systems and meaningful operational responsibilities within a company that values professionalism, responsiveness and dependable service.
Compensation
Expected annual compensation: $60,000 - $65,000, based on experience. Our client also offers a comprehensive benefits program and three weeks' vacation.
