Original job description

Our client is a globally recognized real estate owner, investor, and manager known for operating some of the world's most prestigious commercial properties. They are seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to join the property management team at their premier downtown Toronto office tower.

This is an opportunity to build your commercial real estate career within an organization known for exceptional properties, high standards and an equally strong commitment to the people who work within them.

Your New Employer

This organization has built its reputation on the belief that great real estate is ultimately about people. Its properties are known for their quality, innovation and exceptional tenant experience, supported by collaborative teams that take genuine pride in the buildings they manage.

You will join an established property management team and gain exposure to tenants, operations, security, accounting, marketing, and senior management. For someone looking to build a long-term career in commercial real estate, this is an exceptional platform to learn, develop and gain experience within a sophisticated Class AAA office environment.

Your Role

Working closely with the Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager and General Manager, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for the tenants who work in the complex every day.

You will build relationships with tenants, respond to inquiries and service requests, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, prepare building communications and help ensure tenant expectations are consistently met. You will also coordinate access requests, parking, service bookings and tenant construction activity while working closely with operations and security.

Beyond traditional tenant services, you will help support building amenities, tenant events, marketing initiatives and the overall presentation of the property. You will maintain tenant and vendor information, assist with receivables, code property expenses and contribute to quarterly ownership reporting and annual planning.

What Sets You Apart

You genuinely enjoy working with people and understand what exceptional customer service looks like. You are polished, approachable and confident communicating with tenants, vendors and colleagues at all levels.

You are highly organized, responsive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment. You take ownership, follow through and notice the small details that can make a significant difference to a tenant’s experience.

Previous commercial real estate experience would be valuable, but equally important is your ability to build relationships, communicate professionally and bring a positive, proactive approach to your work.

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of the most respected names in global commercial real estate while gaining exposure to virtually every aspect of operating a premier office property.

You will work alongside experienced real estate professionals, interact directly with tenants, and build the operational, financial, and relationship-management experience that can support continued growth in commercial property management.

This position is fully onsite in downtown Toronto, five days per week.

Compensation

Expected annual compensation of $60,000 - $70,000.
