Qualifications
- Meets the staffing qualifications according to the Regulations and Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021
- Provides proof of graduation issued by the education provider
- A current Criminal Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector
- Evidence of Tuberculosis screening
- Must be able to perform all essential duties of the position with or without accommodation, which may include bending, pushing, pulling, lifting and repetitive movements
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
- Complete accurate documentation of care
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team

Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding while supporting their independence and dignity. Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, document care accurately, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements
Meet the staffing qualifications under the applicable long-term care regulations and provide proof of graduation from an education provider. A current Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check and evidence of tuberculosis screening are required, along with the ability to perform essential physical duties with or without accommodation.
