Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pali. The specialist will manage end-to-end SEO activities, including performing keyword research, conducting technical and content-focused SEO audits, and optimizing on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure. Daily responsibilities include tracking performance using web analytics tools, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing link-building campaigns aligned with best practices. The role involves close collaboration with content creators and developers to ensure SEO requirements are incorporated into website updates and marketing campaigns, as well as preparing regular reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications

Ability to perform comprehensive keyword research and on-page SEO optimization (including titles, metadata, content structure, and internal linking).
Experience conducting detailed SEO audits to identify technical, content, and structural issues affecting search performance.
Strong skills in link building and off-page optimization using ethical, white-hat strategies.
Proficiency in web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research platforms) to monitor and interpret performance data.
Solid understanding of current SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and explain SEO recommendations clearly.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant experience in SEO or digital marketing; a degree or certification in marketing, IT, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
