Support embedded QuickSight capabilities and troubleshoot embedding, authentication, authorization, and access-related issues where applicable.

Amazon Q / Generative BI & Quick Suite Capabilities

Support and develop operational familiarity with Amazon Q capabilities within QuickSight / Quick Suite, including natural-language and generative BI experiences.

Support Amazon Q Topics and associated semantic configurations used to provide business context for natural-language analytics.

Troubleshoot user access, permissions, data availability, semantic configuration, and other issues affecting Amazon Q experiences.

Understand how Spaces organize relevant data, content, context, and resources used by Quick Suite experiences.

Assist with operational support and troubleshooting of Amazon Q / Quick Suite agents, including access, configuration, underlying data/content availability, and integration-related issues.

Work with platform and engineering teams as Amazon Q and Quick Suite capabilities evolve and are incorporated into the BI-as-a-Service offering.
