Ready to lead high-impact technology transformation projects for a major financial institution? We're looking for a seasoned Banking IT Project Manager to join a dynamic IT Project Management team driving initiatives across Payments, Cash Management, and Banking business lines.
🎯 What You'll Do:
Lead assigned projects end-to-end, delivering on scope, budget, and timeline
Drive governance across Project Management and SDLC frameworks
Partner with Front Office, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams
Lead sprint planning and stand-ups across the full project lifecycle
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
Secure stakeholder buy-in and keep communication crystal clear on goals, budget, and status
✅ What You Bring:
10+ years of Project Management experience
Hands-on experience with Cash Management, SWIFT payments, and Banking
Consulting background
Strong command of MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree + relevant IT project management experience

Bachelor's in IT, Business Administration, or related field
Fluency in English & French
10+ years in the banking industry specifically
