Ready to bridge HR strategy and technology at a global financial services leader? We're looking for an HRIS Analyst to join a high-impact HR Analytics & Insights team supporting HR technology across the Americas.
🔹 What you'll own:
Lead HRIS projects end-to-end - from requirements through UAT
Be the go-to bridge between HR business needs and IT capability
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data/system issues
Drive data integrity through queries, audits, and reconciliations
Manage reconciliations between PeopleSoft HCM and payroll/compensation systems
✅ What you bring:
5–7 years of HRIS experience
PeopleSoft HCM experience strongly preferred
Advanced Excel + PeopleSoft Query development/troubleshooting
Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences
Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
🎓 Bonus points for a Bachelor's degree, banking industry exposure, or project management chops.
📍 Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in Montreal, 2 days remote.
