Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is a growing Canadian recruitment and staffing agency connecting qualified talent with employers across Canada.

We are looking for a Recruiter who is confident, organized, people-focused, and motivated by results to join our growing recruitment team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Recruiter, you will manage candidates throughout the recruitment journey - from profile matching and initial follow-ups to interview preparation, selection, and joining.

You will work closely with candidates, employers, recruitment partners, Account Managers, and the Recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage candidates throughout the recruitment funnel, including profile review, matching, follow-ups, interviews, selection, and joining.
Review candidate experience, skills, location, language ability, and availability to identify suitable job opportunities.
Conduct regular candidate communication and one-on-one discussions to understand their profiles and keep them engaged throughout the process.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, employers, recruitment partners, and internal teams, ensuring candidates are properly prepared and informed.
Provide candidates with clear interview preparation, role information, expectations, and next steps.
Maintain consistent follow-ups before and after interviews to track outcomes and move candidates to the next stage.
Monitor candidate pipelines and identify delays, drop-offs, pending actions, or other issues requiring immediate follow-up.
Maintain accurate candidate records, ATS/CRM updates, trackers, reports, and recruitment dashboards.
Work closely with the Account Manager, Recruitment Manager, and Head of Recruitment to ensure candidates are correctly allocated to the appropriate province, campaign, zone, or hiring requirement.
Coordinate with agents and recruitment partners to ensure candidate information, documentation, interviews, and other requirements are completed on time.
Handle day-to-day candidate, agent, and client queries and escalate recruitment-related concerns to the appropriate team member when required.
Support recruitment campaigns and contribute toward team hiring targets, candidate engagement, and successful placements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or hiring coordination.
Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working with recruitment technology, ATS/CRM, and digital communication tools.
Experience with Francophone recruitment, international recruitment, or high-volume hiring is an advantage.
