Role :Technical Lead
Location: Toronto (Hybrid - 3 day/week )
Job type: Contract(6 Months) - High possibility of Extension
Pay : CAD $55 /Hour
Start date : Immediate
Overview:
- Excellent communication skills
- Understand business process and refine business requirements with stakeholders
- Analyze current state and identify/document gaps between current state and requirements
- Define future state solution architecture using design tools
- Meet solution security and availability requirements with architectural designs
- Define future state data architecture / models
- Define high level steps/plan/resources to achieve future state
- Complete customer required specs, for requirements, architecture, and design, to garner solution approval across all stakeholders
- Define governance processes to facilitate effective adoption and maintenance of solutions
- Establish best practices to ensure solutions are developed, implemented, and maintained with the best, consistent approach
- Manage team through solution development and delivery
- Communicate with stakeholders re: progress and challenges
- Manage issues effectively as they occur during the solution life cycle
- Investigate / resolve complex challenges blocking developer progression
- Stay abreast of latest technology developments and maintain a "trusted advisor" role with stakeholders
- Estimate software / service pricing related to solution design
- Strong understanding of BMO environments is an asset

Requirements
