The Opportunity:

Join our dynamic team as a Production Supervisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production workshop. How You'll Make an Impact:

Lead and motivate your team to achieve their best performance.
Identify development needs and ensure continuous improvement.
Monitor and align workshop activities with production plans.
Actively participate in daily production reviews and report progress.
Manage attendance and ensure fair application of collective agreements.
Participate in disciplinary processes and maintain high standards.
Optimize the use of human and material resources.
Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

College or university degree in operations management or related field.
5-8 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Lean 6-Sigma certification is a plus.
Experience in a unionized environment.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Frequent communication with internal and external partners, customers, and stakeholders located outside Quebec. Knowledge of English, in addition to French, is required to fulfill the operational requirements of the role and ensure effective collaboration and client service.
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.

Expérience dans un milieu syndiqué.
Solides compétences en leadership, en résolution de problèmes et en communication.
