Regularly update project sponsors, executive leadership, and stakeholders on the progress, risks, and issues related to the ERP program, while proposing actionable solutions.
Manage the ERP program budget, including tracking costs for licensing, integration, and training. Provide regular budget updates to ensure financial accountability and alignment.

Proven expertise in project management methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and hybrid approaches, with a PMP or equivalent certification.
Strong knowledge of business process transformation: Understanding end-to-end organizational processes and the impact of ERP systems on workflows, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to balance risk, cost, and benefits, particularly in ERP implementations, including identifying and mitigating risks related to data migration, system customization, and stakeholder adoption.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders during complex ERP projects.
