Join Our Team of Care Professionals at Home Instead (Tagalog Speakers Encouraged to Apply)
Are you someone who finds joy in helping others live their best lives? At Home Instead, we’re looking for caring and compassionate Care Professionals to join our mission of expanding the world’s capacity to care.
As a Care Professional, you’ll make a meaningful difference every day by supporting aging adults in living safely and comfortably in their own homes while helping them face the challenges of aging with dignity, respect, and compassion. Tagalog-speaking Care Professionals are especially encouraged to apply to better support our diverse client community.
What You’ll Do
Provide friendly companionship and meaningful conversation
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer medication and appointment reminders
Support individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia
Deliver care with patience, empathy, and respect
Communicate with clients and families in a warm, professional manner (Tagalog language skills are a strong asset)
What You’ll Need
A kind heart and a passion for helping others
The ability to provide care with dignity and respect
A valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if driving clients)
Ability to speak Tagalog is preferred and highly valued
No previous experience required comprehensive paid training provided!
