Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers - we call Care Professionals to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.
Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
We have a variety of shifts available and require open availability for all shifts on the weekends, including nights. Because we care for our Care Pros as much as we care for our clients, we provide 24/7 support and offer competitive pay and benefits.

- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Alzheimer’s Car
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)

Responsibilities
Provide companionship and conversation to seniors, along with light housekeeping and meal preparation. Remind clients about medications and appointments, and support their care with dignity and respect.
Requirements
Applicants must be able to care for seniors and their property respectfully and communicate with clients in a friendly manner. A criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen are required; a valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required if driving clients, while prior experience is not necessary.
