Looking for a job where you can build real skills, meet new people, and have the opportunity to grow?

Home Service Solutions (HSS) is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, outgoing, people-focused individuals to join our Waterloo team!

$788–$1,200/week
Waterloo, ON
Full-time | In person
No previous sales experience required

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners, starting friendly conversations and introducing them to our home improvement products and services.

Your day-to-day will include:

Talking with homeowners and creating positive first impressions
Learning about their needs
Educating customers about our products, services, and promotions
Collecting customer information for follow-up by our sales team
Working toward individual and team goals
Taking part in ongoing training and coaching

Who we’re looking for:

You don’t need a sales background

We’re looking for people who are:

Responsibilities
