Lead, coach, and hold Project Managers, Site Foremen, supervisors, and field teams accountable for performance and project delivery.
Oversee active construction and renovation projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, labour, materials, subcontractors, equipment, gross margins, and overall job progress.
Identify projects at risk of delays, cost overruns, labour shortages, quality concerns, or customer issues and implement corrective action.
Ensure proper management of scopes, change orders, extras, deficiencies, warranties, Work Orders, documentation, and project closeout.
Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maximize crew utilization and minimize downtime.
Monitor workforce capacity and upcoming project demands to support effective scheduling and resource planning.
Ensure consistent use of company processes, systems, documentation standards, and operational procedures.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Safety, Fleet, HBS, and other departments to ensure strong project handoffs and execution.
Support Project Managers with escalated customer, scheduling, quality, or project-performance concerns.
Conduct regular site visits to review safety, workmanship, productivity, progress, and adherence to project plans.
Promote strong standards of workplace safety, professionalism, accountability, and customer service.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical process improvements that reduce costs, rework, and delays.
Conduct regular project reviews and 1:1s, providing clear expectations, coaching, feedback, and accountability.
Develop emerging leaders and support succession planning within the operations team.
Track and report key operational KPIs, project health, financial performance, risks, resource needs, and major project updates to senior leadership.
Support operational planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused culture where teams communicate effectively and take ownership.

Can coach and develop Project Managers and field leaders.
