As On-site Technology Leader, you will manage existing technologies and ensure that there is ongoing system planning, support and field teams are following best practices. This position will also be complemented with a technical sales function, presenting innovative technical solutions to the client, this will keep the client and systems current and leverage new technologies while improving Honeywell's bottom line.
You will need to lead / organize successful on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will coordinate the development of detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of Engineering teams. You will make improvements to training guides and documentation also develop detailed life cycle plans for all onsite technology that Honeywell is responsible for. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. Person must be innovative, able to follow policy and willing to learn and drive new Honeywell technical offerings.
In this role, you will work on-site at our customer location at 1929 Ogilvie Road, Gloucester, Ottawa.
Must be eligible to obtain Top Secret SIGNET Government clearance as well as CGP clearance.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- College diploma in a Computer/ Technology related program
- Minimum 5 years of field industry experience working with information technology (IT) or Operational technology (OT).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with technical sales or business development
- Ability to obtain Top Secret SIGNET Government clearance

- Previous technical/installation experience in building Fire and Security
- Business development, ability to educate clients on Honeywell systems and products.
- Strong knowledge, understanding, and implementation of Windows Operating systems.

The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
